Before you buy
The Nifty is managed through SecuX’s own app. NFTs you hold in MetaMask or another wallet will not appear on the device as they are. To display them, they must be sent to an address managed by the Nifty.
If you receive NFTs you buy from now on directly at a Nifty address, no transfer step is needed. Moving NFTs you already hold costs network fees and requires care with the destination address — ask us and we will walk you through it.

- Genuine stock supplied under an authorized distribution agreement with the manufacturer. Substitution of contents in transit or along resale routes is a real threat for hardware wallets.

- SecuX provides a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Misuse, modification, accident and damage from natural disasters are excluded.
Claims are handled directly with SecuX support (help@secuxtech.com) in English, and require proof of purchase and the device serial number.We will guide you through the procedure — please contact us first. - Returns
- We do not accept returns or cancellations after an order is completed. If an item arrives damaged or defective, we handle it under our refund policy.
- Setup support
- We go through the steps that cannot be undone with you — choosing a PIN, recording your recovery phrase — online or in person. Available in English (for residents of Japan only).
